My passion is for little human beings to learn good movement patterns. What is the proper way to squat, press something overhead, pull your chin up to a bar, carry an odd object, or throw a frisbee? There is an assumption that kids just know how to do these things because they are kids. I want to show them how to move properly to decrease the chance of injury and to expose them to different types of movements found in a multitude of sports. There is also the important aspect of listening to instructions and the discipline of executing a workout as prescribed before we get the last 5 minutes of class which is “Free Choice” to do whatever you would like to do.

CrossFit Kids is offered through a collaboration with Venture CrossFit each Sunday from 4 PM to 5 PM. These specialized sessions are for Kids ages 6 – 10. The purpose of this unique program is to introduce young individuals to a fun and challenging fitness routine that promotes physical and mental development. By engaging in age-appropriate workouts and activities, these children will improve their strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness levels. If you are interested in enrolling your child who is outside of the age bracket, an evaluation can be conducted to determine age appropriateness.

NOTE: Parent/Guardian must complete this waiver in the childs name.

Pay As You Go

This “pay as you go” program is ideal for those who want their child to experience the training without a monthly commitment. This option will allow the child to “drop-in” to an existing program when convenient to you. A simple text in advance will allow the setup of an additional station.
$20 per Training
  • – Great option to introduce a child to CrossFit.
  • – Classes are on Sunday’s 4 PM to 5 PM.
  • – No monetary commitment beyond each class. Pay as you go.

Monthly

A 25% discount is offered if a parent would like to pay for the month in advance. This commitment also greatly increases the success rate for the child. The payment is for each Sunday in the month. If a class cannot be held due to coaching schedules, you will be notified before the month starts.
$15 per Training. Paid Monthly in Advance.

Siblings
