CREDIT UNION CONFERENCES

My focus is on helping professionals better understand financial numbers that feed into a Balance Sheet and Income Statement. No matter what your current title is, there is always room to learn different ways to interpret ratios, trends, etc. The classes I teach or presentations I give are designed so that everyone can walk away with newly gained and meaningful knowledge.

CROSSFIT KIDS

My passion is for little human beings to learn good movement patterns. What is the proper way to squat, press something overhead, pull your chin up to a bar, carry an odd object, or throw a frisbee? There is an assumption that kids just know how to do these things because they are kids. I want to show them how to move properly to decrease the chance of injury and to expose them to different types of movements found in a multitude of sports.

I have a passion for helping adults move better and for sharing my own journey on the path to better movement. The reason I got into coaching was because I wanted to the keys to the city, or more specifically Venture Crossift, so I could work out early in the morning. The owner said the only way to get a key was to become a coach and little did I know it would help me unlock a passion.
